GGAT is not accredited under any approved quality assurance scheme (e.g. BS 5750/ EN 9002), but has internal tracking procedures to ensure delivery of project outcomes to agreed requirements. The Trust's Company Management Documents are supported by divisional procedures to ensure that tracking and auditing functions can be effectively fulfilled. These include the use of pro-formas to ensure that project inputs (staffing, finance, resourcing) and outputs (reports, archives etc) meet agreed briefs, specifications and contracts. Guidance for tasking is provided to staff through written technical manuals.

GGAT is fully insured for all types of archaeological work, and holds substantial Professional Indemnity and Public Liability cover. Details can be provided upon request.
