Community Archaeology
GGAT can provide a host of services to communities and groups to help in the development and delivery of community driven archaeological projects.
This work is carried out as part of the delivery of our outreach strategy and contributes to a community archaeology framework developed in partnership with Cadw.
As part of an initiative led by the Council for British Archaeology under the HLF-funded 'Skills for the Future' programme, we have helped improve the community archaeology skills base through providing formal workplace learning for Community Archaeologists.
