Tinkinswood chambered tomb near Nicholaston, Vale of Glamorgan
This chambered tomb has some similarities in design to Parc le Breos, with the entrance to the chamber by means via a forecourt hollowed into the front of the mound (though there are no side chambers), and with the sides of the mound supported by a drystone wall. This design was common in an area around the Severn and its estuary, stretching inland through the Cotswolds, so archaeologists have named it the Cotswold-Severn tomb.
